At haargroeisupplement.nl, we strive to provide a worry-free shopping experience. Are you not satisfied with your order? You can request a return according to the conditions below.
Request a return
Send an email to info@haargroeisupplement.nl with:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The product you want to return
- The reason for the return (optional)
After receiving your request, we will check whether it meets the return conditions. You will then receive the return address and further instructions.
Return conditions
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- After approval, you must return the product within 14 days.
- Returns without prior approval will not be processed.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Exceptions
For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used supplements and hair care products cannot be returned. This includes, among other things:
- Supplements whose seal has been broken.
- Shampoo and conditioner.
- Serums and lotions.
- Other products whose seal has been opened or that have been used.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund. The purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method no later than 14 days after the return is approved.
Damaged or incorrect delivery?
Did you receive a damaged product or was the wrong item delivered? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@haargroeisupplement.nl. If possible, please add photos of the product and packaging so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
